Coworking

Unfortunately no, as the mall is only open until 8 pm. We are open Mon to Fri 9am to 7pm

Sat- 9am to 5pm and Sun- Events only.

At the moment we don’t have any private cubicles. But we’re working on it 🙂

Yes, but venue is a shared space just be mindful of being too loud.  (Phone Booth still in progress)

We have 2 available internet connections, both with 50 mbps speed.

Virtual Office

Unfortunately, we don’t have any private office.

For Virtual Office, it would be for 1 year and to be renewed every year. We offer free 1st month then you are to be contracted for another 12 months.

No, as we believe that a business should be a long term relationship for at least 1 year.

Twelve (12) Postdated Cheques. The first month is complimentary. First PDC shall be dated one month after the signed contract. For cash or online payments, an advance payment of three (3) months is required. Payment shall be made quarterly.

Yes, you may. A formal request letter must be submitted to SpaceMD so we can terminate the contract.  Early termination of contract forfeits any down payment and incurs a penalty of 50% of the remaining months contracted for. This agreement is on monthly basis for the contract amount.

Event Venue

Yes, you may. Corkage for food and drinks =  FREE of charge.

Yes, Mandaue Foam building has parking at the basement and right outside the building. Good news! Parking is FREE.

We can only remove the small stables that we have but our 4 big tables can’t be dismantled and/or removed from the space.

Yes, we require 50% downpayment to reserve the date and full payment at least 1 week before the event date. For hours beyond the reserved time, payment must be settled on the event date in CASH.

Here are our basic package inclusions:

  • 30 minutes ingress (excluded from 4 hours rental)
  • 30 minutes egress (excluded from 4 hours rental)
  • High-speed internet
  • Bottomless brewed coffee, hot and cold water
  • Use of pantry (microwave, mugs, and glasses)
  • Use of 55” Smart LED TV
  • Use of tables and chairs
  • Free use of Isopropyl Alcohol 
  • No corkage fees

 Our maximum capacity is 25-30 persons.

An additional charge of P1,500/hour wil bel charged to the client if event exceeds 4 hours. Any fraction of time will be considered as 1 hour extension.

55” Smart LED TV.

An event may be cancelled with no charge at least one (1) month before the event date. Cancellation of services made less than five (5) days before the event will be charged 50% of the contract. Cancellation of services 1 day before the event will be charged 100% of the contract.
